HERE Technologies today announced that it has completed its acquisition of ATS Advanced Telematic Systems.
HERE had announced its intention to acquire the Germany-based software company on 28 November 2017.
ATS develops highly secure over-the-air (OTA) software updating technology for the automotive industry. The acquisition strengthens HERE’s position as the world’s leading provider of location data and cloud services for vehicles.
