Sub-Processors
Provision of this HERE Services, including professional and support services, for the purposes of (i) security, fraud prevention, and detecting, preventing, and responding to security incidents, including troubleshooting, and debugging, to the extent necessary for maintaining the provision the service; (ii) ensuring the availability, reliability, and integrity of the service to the extent necessary for providing the services to you; (iii) compliance with legally mandated processing required under Applicable Data Protection Requirements.
HERE Location Services include Map Rendering, Routing Service, Geocoder & Search /OpenSearch, Network Positioning, GNSS Positioning, Traffic, Tour Planning, Fleet Telematics. The processing is characterized by the following parameters:

Duration of Processing and Retention Period |
The data is processed for the duration of the service. As a rule, HERE location APIs function as a stateless service, meaning the end user data processing is limited to the time until the request is answered (ordinarily in minutes). If the customer selects the asynchronous version of the Tour Planning Service, the end user data persists for 30 days. Logs for HERE Location Services are stored 30 days max. for the purposes of security/troubleshooting. |
