Tanımlama bilgisi, ziyaret ettiğiniz bir web sitesinin sizi ve tercihlerinizi hatırlamak için cihazınıza (bilgisayar, cep telefonu, vb.) kaydettiği küçük bir metin dosyasıdır. Web sitelerinin daha verimli çalışmasına imkan sağlayan tanımlama bilgileri, sunulan hizmetlerin kişiselleştirilmesi amacıyla kullanılabilir. Tanımlama bilgileri ifadesi tarayıcı tanımlama bilgilerinin yanı sıra izleme pikselleri/web işaretçileri ve cihaz bilgilerine erişim sağlayan yerel paylaşımlı nesneler/flaş tanımlama bilgileri ve sensörleri gibi benzer teknolojileri kapsar.
Kullandığımız tanımlama bilgilerini iki ana kategoriye ayırabiliriz. Doğrudan cihazınız tarafından bize iletilenler Birinci taraf tanımlama bilgileri, bizim adımıza başka kuruluşlar veya sağlayıcılar tarafından ayarlananlarsa Üçüncü taraf tanımlama bilgileri olarak adlandırılır.
Etki alanlarımızda kullanılan Birinci taraf ve Üçüncü taraf tanımlama bilgisi türleri şunlardır:
Mutlaka gerekli (zorunlu tanımlama bilgileri): Bu tanımlama bilgileri, web sitelerimizin çalışması için gereklidir ve size sorunsuz bir deneyim sağlamamızda temel rol oynar. Bundan dolayı, bu tanımlama bilgileri varsayılan olarak her zaman etkindir ve bunları kullanmak için onayınızı istemeyiz. Yine de tarayıcınızı bu tarz tanımlama bilgilerini engelleyecek veya bunlar konusunda sizi uyaracak şekilde ayarlayabilirsiniz ancak bu durumda sitelerin bazı kısımları çalışmayabilir. Reklam ve hedefli içerik tanımlama bilgileri: Bu tanımlama bilgilerini gerek HERE web sitelerinde gerek belirli üçüncü taraf web sitelerinde dinamik olarak HERE reklamları sunmak için kullanırız. Etki alanlarımız, Facebook'tan “Beğen” düğmesi ya da Twitter'dan “Tweetle” düğmesi gibi bir üçüncü taraf adına tanımlama bilgileri ayarlayan öğeler de içerebilir.
Tanımlama bilgileri cihazınızda ne kadar süre kayıtlı kalır?
Tanımlama bilgilerinin “Oturum” tabanlı mı yoksa “Kalıcı” mı olduğuna bağlı olarak cihazınızda kayıtlı kalacağı süre farklılık gösterir. Oturum tabanlı tanımlama bilgileri, web oturumunuzun sonunda tarayıcıyı kapattığınızda geçerliliğini kaybeder. Kalıcı tanımlama bilgileriyse tarayıcı tarafından kaydedilir ve tanımlama bilgileri yöneticisi üzerinden silmediğiniz veya tarayıcınızın tanımlama bilgileri ayarını değiştirmediğiniz sürece, belirlenen son kullanma tarihine kadar geçerliliğini korur.
Tanımlama bilgilerini yönetmenin farklı yolları vardır. Tanımlama bilgilerini devre dışı bırakırsanız HERE web sitelerinin belirli bölümlerini kullanamayabileceğinizi lütfen unutmayın. Tanımlama bilgilerini tarayıcınızdan silerseniz, devre dışı bırakılan tanımlama bilgilerini yeniden yüklemeyi hatırlamanız ve HERE web sitelerinde sunulan tanımlama bilgisi yönetme araçlarındaki tercihlerinizi yeniden seçmeniz gerekebilir.
Tanımlama bilgilerini tarayıcınızda yönetmek için mevcut seçenekleri gözden geçirebilirsiniz. Tarayıcı üzerinden her tür tanımlama bilgisiyle ilgili ayarlar yönetilebilir. Tanımlama bilgilerini devre dışı bırakmak için izlenmesi gereken yol tarayıcıdan tarayıcıya farklılık gösterir. Dilerseniz HERE web sitelerinde sunulan yönetim araçlarını kullanarak da tanımlama bilgilerini yönetebilirsiniz. HERE web sitelerine nereden bağlandığınıza bağlı olarak bir HERE web sitesini ilk ziyaret edişinizde bu araçlar görünebilir. Web sitesi alt bilgisindeki bir bağlantı üzerinden de ulaşılabilir.
Etki alanlarımızın çalışması için şart olmayan tanımlama bilgileri konusunda, bir etki alanını ilk ziyaret ettiğinizde sayfanın üst kısmındaki “Tanımlama bilgisi tercihlerini yönet” seçeneğine tıklayarak bunların kullanımı için onay vermenizi isteriz.
Aşağıda bağlantısı verilen listede HERE veya bağımsız üçüncü taraflarca cihazınıza eklenen veya yönetilen tanımlama bilgileri yer almaktadır. Tanımlama bilgilerinin sayısı ve adları, pikseller ve diğer teknolojiler değişebileceğinden, bu liste zaman zaman güncellenebilir.
