"Monthly Active User" means each user with a unique install ID (UID) that connects to HERE services in a calendar month. When an application utilizing HERE Services is started by a user for the first time after installation, a UID is generated and stored by HERE. HERE uses the UID and access credentials to count how many UIDs were active during a calendar month for the given credential. The UID is considered active if any map data or location services are utilized by the application.
