Traffic Lights have found a new home!

Traffic light styling has moved to the Overlays layer, and with it comes a powerful upgrade: You can now resize or change traffic-light icons globally - not just for Japan, but for the rest of the world as well. This brings consistency across regions and makes traffic light adjustments far more intuitive.
