Fight COVID-19 with location

Use location data and technology to report, support and supply

HERE is helping fight COVID-19 alongside you, our partners and communities

As COVID-19 continues to change our daily lives, we want to provide support to you, our partners and our communities through our data and technology.

By using our location technology, we are fighting COVID-19 globally in three ways:

  1. Providing accurate information to everyone
  2. Supporting local businesses, communities and governments
  3. Supplying resources to global health experts and relief efforts

A message from our CEO

Business continuity is a priority at HERE

Dear HERE Customers and Partners,

The Coronavirus crisis is a reality and an unsettling one, and our thoughts go out to all of you, your colleagues and loved ones. We are in this together, and given the current circumstances, I feel it is important to personally reach out to you and briefly share how HERE is responding, including our actions to facilitate business as usual, as we work together with you to meet your ongoing business needs.

Our top priority over the last two weeks was and remains to protect the health and safety of all our employees everywhere. We have taken precautionary measures to safeguard your wellbeing and recommended all HERE employees worldwide to work from home using our virtual collaboration infrastructure we invested in over the last couple of years. We have open lines of communication with the World Health Organization (WHO), local governments and authorities on the ground so we can make smart, strategic and swift decisions.

We are continuing to engage customers, partners and developers via digital avenues each day and are committed to working with you to solve your challenges and continue to enable your success. To enable the future and catalyze progress, no individual, company, or government can do it alone – it requires a joint effort. That’s why we value relationships and partnerships like the ones we’ve forged before and all new ones in the future.

Warm regards,

Edzard Overbeek
